TR Designs was born in 1995 when Tracy was recruited by the Virginia Scottish Games Association (VSGA) to create their web site. She was intrigued by the new creative medium and gladly gave her time to the all-volunteer organization.  In addition to the VSGA, Tracy is an avid participant in other community organizations such as Wine Fest on the Beach and HorsewaysPA.  Recently, Tracy had the privilege of designing a site for Chris Wilcox of the Seattle Supersonics basketball team.

Tracy is currently residing in the Philadelphia area with her family.  She received her BS from the Pennsylvania State University in 1987 and her MS from the University of Maryland University College in 2004.  Tracy works full-time with Booz Allen Hamilton as a Security Engineer and enjoys theater, symphony, and playing with the family Bernese Mountain Dog, Merlin, in her spare time.
